Our university was established pursuant to Law No. 1487. The Personnel Department operates in accordance with Article 29 of Decree Law No. 124, which stipulates that: The department is responsible for conducting studies on the university’s human resource planning and personnel policies, making recommendations for the development of the personnel system, carrying out appointment, personnel affairs, and retirement procedures, organizing and implementing pre-service and in-service training programs for administrative staff, and performing other related duties as assigned.
