ABOUT US

Our university was established pursuant to Law No. 1487. The Personnel Department operates in accordance with Article 29 of Decree Law No. 124, which stipulates that:

The department is responsible for conducting studies on the university’s human resource planning and personnel policies, making recommendations for the development of the personnel system, carrying out appointment, personnel affairs, and retirement procedures, organizing and implementing pre-service and in-service training programs for administrative staff, and performing other related duties as assigned.

Furthermore, in line with these provisions and relevant legislation — including Laws No. 2547, 2914, 657, 5434, 4857, and 5510, as well as related Decree Laws and Regulations — the Personnel Department aims to provide fast, accurate, efficient, orderly, and well-coordinated services. Its goal is to ensure that all personnel affairs of the university’s academic and administrative staff are conducted in full compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
