General Information
Our university was established under Law No. 1487, and the Department of Personnel Affairs, in accordance with Article 29 of Decree Law No. 124, serves under the provision stating that:
“To carry out studies related to the university’s manpower planning and personnel policy, to make proposals regarding the development of the personnel system, to carry out procedures related to the appointment, personal rights, and retirement of university staff, to organize and implement pre-service and in-service training programs for administrative personnel, and to perform similar assigned duties.”
In addition to these provisions, in accordance with Laws No. 2547, 2914, 657, 5434, 4857, and 5510, Decree Laws, and the relevant Regulations, the Department aims to provide fast, accurate, efficient, orderly, harmonious, and well-coordinated services in order to carry out all personnel procedures of the academic and administrative staff working at our university in the best possible manner within the framework of the current legislation.
