The Unit Archive Management System Training for Unit Archive Officers at Boğaziçi University was conducted by Mehmet Kaya. The training covered various aspects of archive management processes, including practical topics such as creating, duplicating, and deleting records, searching and listing records within the catalog, preparing folder spine labels, conducting transfer and handover procedures, creating inventory forms, and completing file/folder content lists.

The training aimed to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of archive management across the university.
