Hygiene Training for Employees Working in the Food and Water Sector

The ‘Hygiene Training for Employees Working in the Food and Water Sector’, organized in coordination with the Organizational Development Branch Directorate and Sarıyer Public Education Center, was held at the İbrahim Bodur Auditorium between 10:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. on January 27–28, 2026.

Hygiene Training for Employees Working in the Food and Water Sector

The event, held at the İbrahim Bodur Auditorium, was delivered by Kenan Almaz from the Sarıyer Public Education Center. The training, organized for staff working in our University’s Dormitories and Housing Branch Directorate and Support Services Branch Directorate, provided information on personal hygiene practices such as proper handwashing habits and the use of appropriate work attire, disinfection methods, and HACCP standards in the workplace, with the aim of protecting public health and fulfilling legal obligations.
