As of August 1, 2025, tenders and direct procurement processes conducted under Public Procurement Law No. 4734 and its relevant exemptions, along with associated contract procedures, are planned to be managed through the Electronic Public Procurement Platform (EKAP). In this context, the Istanbul Governorship will organize a training program between June 16 – 27, 2025, for personnel currently assigned or to be assigned in the procurement units of public institutions and organizations within our province.
