Notice to Healthcare Personnel Placed in Our University's Positions as a Result of the 2025 Initial and Reappointment Draw

According to the results of the “2025 Initial and Reappointment Draw” conducted by the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Türkiye, healthcare personnel (physicians and dentists) who have been placed in our University’s positions are required to personally submit their applications with the required documents listed below no later than April 30, 2025.

Applications submitted by mail, electronically, or through any other means will not be accepted.

Applications containing incomplete, incorrect, or false information or documents will be deemed invalid, and candidates who fail to apply within the specified deadline will not have their appointments processed.

Required Documents:

  • Placement Result Document (Internet printout)

  • Original and photocopy of the Republic of Türkiye Identity Card

  • Original and a legible photocopy of the Diploma/Graduation Certificate, along with the barcoded graduation certificate obtained from the e-Government portal (e-Devlet)

  • 6 Passport-size Photographs

  • Certificate of Residence (e-Government printout)

  • Criminal Record Certificate (The document must include the statement “For Civil Service Use”)

  • Military Status Certificate (for male candidates)

  • For those who have previously worked in other public institutions or organizations: an approved Service Record obtained from their last employer.
    (If this document cannot be provided, a “HİTAP Service Record” printout from the e-Government portal must be submitted.)

  • Social Security Institution (SGK) Service Record (e-Government printout)

  • Declaration of Property, Personnel Information Form, and Ethics Contract (to be obtained from the Personnel Department)

  • Health Board Report stating that there is no medical condition preventing the candidate from performing their duties continuously
    (One of the doctors on the board must be from the Department of Psychiatry.)

Appointed candidates will be notified and allowed to start work after the completion of a positive security clearance (archive investigation).

All documents obtained from the e-Government portal (e-Devlet) must include a barcode/QR code.
