Announcement for Candidates Placed in Our University’s Positions by ÖSYM According to the 2025/1 EKPSS Preference Guide
General Information:
According to the results of the 2025/1 Disabled Public Personnel Selection Examination (EKPSS) conducted by ÖSYM, candidates who have been placed in our University’s positions are required to personally submit their applications with the necessary documents between March 17 and March 21, 2025, between 08:30 and 17:00.
Applications submitted by mail, electronically, or through any other means will not be accepted.
Applications containing incomplete, incorrect, or false information or documents will be deemed invalid, and candidates who fail to apply within the specified dates will not have their appointments processed.
Required Documents:

EKPSS Placement Result Document (Internet printout)

Original and a legible photocopy of the Diploma/Graduation Certificate, along with the barcoded graduation certificate obtained from the e-Government portal (e-Devlet)

Original and photocopy of the Republic of Türkiye Identity Card
-
4 Passport-size Photographs
-
Health Board Report obtained in accordance with the provisions of the “Regulation on Disability Assessment, Classification, and Health Board Reports for Persons with Disabilities”

Criminal Record Certificate (The document must include the statement “For Civil Service Use”)

Service Certificate (To be submitted by those who are currently employed in or have previously worked in public institutions)

Military Status Certificate (for male candidates)

Certificate of Residence (e-Government printout)
