In line with the announcement published in the Official Gazette dated September 16, 2025, and numbered 33019, and pursuant to Article 8 of the “Regulation on the Principles and Procedures for the Employment of Contracted IT Personnel in Large-Scale Information Processing Units of Public Institutions and Organizations,” published in the Official Gazette dated December 31, 2008, and numbered 27097, the evaluation process for applications submitted between September 16, 2025 – October 1, 2025, via the Career Gate Platform (https://kariyerkapisi.gov.tr) for a total of 4 (four) Contracted IT Personnel positions — including 1 (one) Information Security Manager, 1 (one) Senior Software Specialist, 1 (one) System Specialist, and 1 (one) Front-End Software Development Specialist — has been completed.

Applications of candidates who fully met the general and specific requirements stated in the announcement and submitted the required documents properly have been accepted, while those who did not meet the criteria have been rejected.

Candidates can view their application results by logging into the Career Gate Platform using their e-Government (e-Devlet) credentials or by accessing the link provided below.

For the candidates whose applications have been accepted, the written exam will be held on Monday, October 20, 2025, at 10:00 a.m., followed by the oral exam at 2:00 p.m.

Candidates attending the exams are required to bring their Turkish ID Cards (National Identity Cards) and must be present at least 30 minutes before the exam time at the IT Department Building, Kandilli Campus, Boğaziçi University.

All announcements and updates regarding the process will be made through the Career Gate Platform (via the e-Government system) and the official website of our University.
