In accordance with Article 9 of the Public Financial Management and Control Law No. 5018, and in line with the Regulation on the Procedures and Principles Regarding Strategic Plans, Performance Programs, and Activity Reports to Be Prepared by Public Administrations, as well as the Strategic Planning Guide for Universities, our University’s 2025–2029 Strategic Plan has been published and made available to the public.
