ACCORDING TO KPSS 2023/2 APPOINTMENT RESULTS

ANNOUNCEMENT REGARDING CANDIDATES ASSIGNED TO OUR UNIVERSITY

As a result of the KPSS 2023/2 placements conducted by ÖSYM, candidates who have qualified for appointment to our University’s positions are required to submit the documents listed below to the Personnel Department of our University by Friday, 19/01/2024 in order for their appointments to be processed.

Required Documents:

> ÖSYM Placement Result Document (Printed from Internet)

> Copy of Identity Card

> Copy of Diploma and Graduation Certificate (via e-Government)

> 3 Photographs

> Residence Certificate (via e-Government)

> Criminal Record Certificate (via e-Government)

> Military Service Status Certificate (via e-Government) (for male candidates)

> Preparatory Certificate (if a preparatory class was attended in middle or high school)

> HİTAP Service Statement or SGK Registration and Service Statement (via e-Government)

> If applicable, other documents specified in the KPSS Preference Guide related to the appointed position

> Declaration of Assets, Personnel Information Form, Ethics Agreement (to be obtained from the Personnel Department)

> Health Board Report confirming no medical condition preventing continuous performance of duties (If the Health Board Report cannot be obtained by the specified date, it can be submitted on the start date of employment)

> Appointment will be made following an archival investigation after submission of the documents.

> All documents obtained via e-Government must include a barcode/QR code.

* Candidates found to have submitted false documents or statements will not be appointed; if appointed, the appointment will be canceled, and legal action will be taken in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Turkish Penal Code.

* This announcement serves as official notification; candidates will not receive a separate notification at their addresses.
