In accordance with the announcement published in the Official Gazette dated August 15, 2025, and numbered 32987, oral examinations related to the recruitment of contracted personnel under Article 4/B of the Civil Servants Law No. 657 were held between September 3 and September 12, 2025.

The success status of the candidates who participated in the oral examination was evaluated based on the criteria specified under the heading “Oral Examination Subjects and Scores” in the related announcement, and in line with the provision stated in the section “Evaluation and Announcement of Examination Results,” which reads as follows:
“In order for a candidate to be considered successful in the oral examination, the arithmetic average of the scores given by the members of the examination committee out of 100 (one hundred) points must be at least 70 (seventy). This calculated score shall constitute the candidate’s success score and will be used to determine the ranking.”
Accordingly, candidates who obtained a score of 70 or higher in the oral examination have been deemed successful.

Candidates may view their oral examination results by logging in with their e-Government credentials via the Career Gate (https://kariyerkapisi.cbiko.gov.tr) platform or by using the link provided below.

Candidates who wish to appeal the oral examination results must personally submit a signed written petition to the Directorate of Administrative Affairs within three (3) working days following the announcement date of the results.

After the objection process has been completed, the final list of candidates eligible for appointment will be published on our University’s official website.

This announcement, along with notifications made through the Career Gate platform, shall be deemed as official notification; no separate written communication will be sent to candidates.
