Our University has finalized the oral examination process conducted under the Contracted Personnel Recruitment Announcement published in the Official Gazette dated 15.08.2025 and numbered 32987, and the final results list formed after the evaluation of objections is provided below.

As a result of the review and evaluations following the objection period, no changes have been made to candidates’ scores or rankings.

The results of objections will be sent in writing to the email addresses of the applicants who submitted objections and to the postal addresses they provided.

Candidates who have earned the right to be appointed, as indicated in the final results list, must submit the documents listed below to our University in person or by post no later than the close of business on 27.10.2025. (Our University is not responsible for any delays that may occur in deliveries sent by post.)

Candidates who do not submit their documents within the specified period will be deemed to have forfeited their rights.

For the candidates entitled to appointment, an archival research process will be initiated within the scope of Law No. 7315 on Security Investigations and Archive Research.

Following a positive outcome of the archival research, the appointment procedures of the candidates will be completed.

This announcement serves as official notification; no further individual notice will be made to candidates.

Documents Required from Candidates Entitled to Appointment

1. Appointment Request Form
   (Document named Annex-2 attached to this announcement)

2. Medical Board Report
   To be obtained from public hospitals or private healthcare institutions contracted with the Social Security Institution (SGK).

   • The report must clearly indicate that the candidate has no health condition preventing them from fulfilling the requirements of the announced position.

   • One of the physicians on the board must be a psychiatrist.

   • Candidates who cannot find an appointment for the Medical Board Report before starting the job may submit it within one month after starting their duties.

3. Two (2) Passport-Size Photographs
