The final exam results for the Contracted Personnel recruitment, to be employed under Article 4/B of the Civil Servants Law No. 657, published in the Official Gazette No. 32416 dated 31.12.2023, can be accessed via the link below.

Application Results

Successful candidates who do not have a notice period must apply to the Personnel Department located on Boğaziçi University South Campus within 15 days, along with the documents listed below.

Candidates who are currently employed and have a notice period, and therefore cannot apply within the specified timeframe, must first send a petition indicating their notice period and start date to personeldairesi@bogazici.edu.tr and then submit the original petition to the Personnel Department in person or by mail within 15 days.

Candidates who do not start within the period stated in their petition will be considered to have forfeited their appointment rights.

Required Documents:

- 2 Passport-Size Photographs

- Criminal Record Certificate (e-Government printout accepted; it must indicate that it is for civil service purposes)

- Health Board Report confirming no medical condition preventing continuous duty (Reports obtained from public hospitals or private health institutions contracted with SGK will be accepted. Candidates unable to get a Health Board Report before starting work may submit it within two months after commencing duties.)

This notification serves as official communication; no further announcements will be made to candidates regarding the exam results.
