The Department of Personnel Affairs – Training Branch Directorate of our University continues its work on the 2024 In-Service Training Schedule. In the planning process, not only the training needs of our staff but also the protection and development of our institution's quality and vision values are considered.

Due to the international significance and reputation of our University, we host distinguished guests from politics, arts, and business, as well as faculty members and students from around the world, and provide opportunities to work together. This situation creates a need for our staff to communicate effectively with international guests and makes foreign language proficiency a requirement for representing the institution.

The training program will be conducted in cooperation with the relevant educational institution and will begin with class placements based on participants’ language proficiency levels.

Participation in the program is limited due to current capacity. Participants will be selected based on the results of the placement test and ranked according to success.

Within the scope of the 2024 Foreign Language Training Program, employees who either need foreign language skills due to their position or wish to improve their existing knowledge should be identified by their department heads. The attached form, distributed via EBYS, should be completed with the participant's name and contact information and submitted to the Training Branch Directorate of the Department of Personnel Affairs via EBYS no later than the end of business on March 15, 2024.
